An enemy of the Republic!

I am so frustrated with the financial aid office right now, all my paperwork is in and we are starting the second week of school and I have no money, to pay rent or to pay tuition. So I decided that everyone in the Financial Aid office and in that building are now an enemy of the Republic!

    So Jesse's school isn't the only one who hoards student's money for a few weeks?
